  • I lost my dog:)

I took my puppy to the vet Friday to get his 2nd set of shots. He weighed in at 39lbs. That number sounded kinda familiar...that's how much I've lost so far on Atkins He's not a small puppy...I can barely believe that I've lost that much weight!

    Here's a photo of him:

I think that is a great way to look at it.

Your puppy is soooo cute!! We love dogs..my youngest is 8 and he is all about dogs.

We have a yellow lab and she weighed in at 90lbs last time we were at the vets. We have a husky that isn't far behind her.

It is amazing to find "something" that weighs what you have lost.... I think about that each time I'm carrying the girls around. From my highest I was 417 and now 358, so that is almost 60 pounds... the 3.5 year old is 36pounds and the 2 year old is 31 pounds so 67 pounds total.. and believe me.. carrying one on each hip and I say to myself.. .OMG how did I move???

It is okay if it takes me a little longer to get there, besides this is where I'm going to stay forever and that is a really long time!!!
