  • Old Bread Mix

    Hi all, I did the Atkins Diet way back before this Bake mix came out but don't have the old book anymore. Can't seem to find anywhere in Brissie that sells the bake mix so trying to rack my brains as to the old recipe that was in the old Atkins diet book - I remember that it had eggs and soya flour..... but what else??? Anyone got the good old recipe???

    I have a recipe for a 'clone' Atkins baking mix I could let you have but (as you thought) it does contain soy flour which would not be 'legal' till you reach the 6th OWL level/rung.

      The company just announced that they are coming out with a new mix. it is wheat gluten based so OK for rung 9
