Hey everyone! This Saturday im going to be going to a 11pm-4am rave 
and have never been to one on a low-carb diet before. I will most likely be rolling on e
(please no lectures, we were all crazy kids once right? lol) and I will be dancing basically nonstop for about 4 hours (with constant water breaks of course
) and i need to know what you recommend I eat before/during/after, and in what quantities, to keep my blood sugar high enough and such. The boy im going with asked me to denny's afterwards (I LOVE there veggie cheese omlettes lol if thats a good choice?) I have lots of sugar-free candy which i was planing on eating while I danced, unless you think I should get some reg sugar ones for the night?
Advice would be lovely! And again please, please dont lecture me on the x, thank you all! =]
