Hello from sunny & 108 deg hot Arizona!
I have decided this morning that I must get rid of the weighing scale shackled to my ankle. I am obsessed with what I weigh each morning and hate the emotional weight roller coaster I seem to be on - constantly.....
I am committed to not getting back on the scale till Friday. Promise!
I am on OWL rung 1 as of yesterday and am consuming 24 net carbs. 15 of which are from veggies
So I hate to ask you this - but I must - just so I stop obsessing about it and don't get frustrated in the long run.
I have 80-90 lbs to lose from this day on.
Realistically for my metabolism resistance how much weight can I expect to lose each month???
