You cannot expect to lose weight every day. You've lost 14 lbs in 9 days? That's awesome, congrats!
I guess I am reading it wrong and you didn't want to lose 30-40 lbs in 9 days and not even in the 14-day Induction phase. Or did you?"Get action. Seize the moment. Man was never intended to become an oyster."

Are you eating your 3 cups of veggies? It's better to spread them throughout the day to avoid blood sugar spikes."Get action. Seize the moment. Man was never intended to become an oyster."

Re: HELP! day 9 questions?
Morning and night weigh-ins? You'll drive yourself bonkers. Weight can fluctuate a lot because of hormones and other reasons for water retention. So don't let that number be your sole guidance. Use measurements as well. They often tell a clearer story.
Congratulations on losing so much already. You're doing great.

Re: HELP! day 9 questions?
The two ladies who posted before me are absolutely right. Sorry to trot out this picture again (to anyone who's already seen it), but I like it. It is a graph of my Wii Fit weights. Every day is a green/blue dot. As you can see, I have a good bit of fluctuation day-to-day, but overall the trend is a nice downward line. Maybe try weighing weekly if it bugs you too much? Best of luck to you!
