Hi Everyone! Just came on to share a bit of an Atta Girl, pat myself on the back, kind of thing.
This past week, I went on a 5 day camping trip. It was of great importance to me to stay on track, and not regain any weight as I am taking a trip to Montana to see family and ...simply.. don't want to gain any weight for any reason period. Anyway... I did lots of preparation before we went camping. precooked alot of my foods, chopping, cutting ect. so that the foods for me were all legal, and readily available to me in a snap. IT WORKED! I did great... never once was i tempted by all the fatting fare that everyone else was eating. I lost 2 lbs while camping! For me.. that is amazing considering how camping used to be alll about the foods, the junk! NOT ANYMORE!! I am soo pleased with me... I really have changed.

Sometimes I really wonder that food is truly an addiction and it consumes our thoughts for our next fix. This habit just makes things worse and doesn't lead anywhere good - you got that "addiction" out of your body and you seem much more happier today!!! Congrats and keep up the success!
