I used the syrup instead of extract, which has sugar, in my morning egg dish and it seemed to work just fine. Does this substitution usually work in recipes?

I would think if you use a similar amount of fluid as a substitute that it should work fine.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
