I have been on Atkins since mid May this year. I have lost 23 pounds now and I am tickled with that. I still cannot believe that I have lost it...especially without being hungry!!! What I realized today and just cannot get over (so I decided to post it) is that I used to love to munch on chips, popcorn, icecreamdrumsticks ,cereal .....anything high carb.....WHERE DID I GO??? I have changed!! It caught me off guard...honestly!! I now love and crave vegetables???Last night I made a little tray of veggies, cheese, low carb kolbassa and mayo for dip for Hubby, our 2 year old Granddaughter and myself. Oh my it was delicious!! Today I craved cabbage of all things....mind you I am nursing a gut ache now!!...2 days ago it was cauliflower, mashed with butter and salt and pepper!!
Swiss Chard and asparagus have been on my plate lately....baby spinich yum!!
All I can say is THIS IS AMAZING...I remember thinking "I will never get used to veggies" and the prep time would drive me nuts but here I am!!

Good for you for allowing yourself to change for the better!!I just love Atkins and how it changes us!!! LOL!!!
