Hi everyone so I have been on atkins for almost 3 months now and I have lost 30 lbs. But I have seriously fallen off track and have been binging for the past week. I cant seem to get motivated to stay on track. Please guys I need a serious kick in the butt and I cant seem to give it to myself.
I really need some support right now because I dont want all my hard work to just go down the drain. Im feeling so down about this. I start off the day really well but then I will have a horrible craving and give in to it and it just continues from there.

I also think back on all of the times I've started a diet, lost, quit & gained it all back plus more...If I'd stuck with it ten years ago, I'd have been thin the last 9 years!!!! I don't want to be having those same regrets 10 years from now!! Hope some of this helps
