I'm slightly pissed off. I weigh today, 214 lb. and I am at 13.6% body fat. Although I've dropped 6 lbs. and a few percentiles off of my body fat, the conclusion is that I lost 3.6 lb. of muscle.
This really bites. I'm going to decrease my fats to about 50-60% and increase my proteins. If this doesn't work, time for a trip to the endocrinologist for a script for testosterone gel.

I weighed myself later on today on a digital and a good balance. I have lost about 1.5 inches on my waist line since I decided to do strict induction once again nine days ago. My true weight is about 223 lb if I remember correctly. My skin fold measurements are correct, but I haven't added my true weight to the calculations yet because I did forget to jot down what I weighed. This evening I'm buying me a good digital for home use. My supraillic is at about 8-9 mm so that gives me a good ball park figure.
