    I'm slightly pissed off. I weigh today, 214 lb. and I am at 13.6% body fat. Although I've dropped 6 lbs. and a few percentiles off of my body fat, the conclusion is that I lost 3.6 lb. of muscle.

    This really bites. I'm going to decrease my fats to about 50-60% and increase my proteins. If this doesn't work, time for a trip to the endocrinologist for a script for testosterone gel.

    I know this is important to you, Norman, but it is hard to sympathise when my bodyfat% has just been measured as being 39.9%
    Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

      Wait, you are thinking you lost 3.6 pounds of muscle in what timeframe?

      Start date: 03/14/09
      Goal #1 - 260 - Met 04/12/09! Goal #4 - 230 - Met 08/03/09!
      Goal #2 - 250 - Met 05/22/09! Goal #5 - 220 - Met 01/29/10 FINALLY!
      Goal #3 - 240 - Met 06/20/09! Goal #6 - 210

        Nope! I was wrong! My freakin' scale is broken. I weighed myself later on today on a digital and a good balance. I have lost about 1.5 inches on my waist line since I decided to do strict induction once again nine days ago. My true weight is about 223 lb if I remember correctly. My skin fold measurements are correct, but I haven't added my true weight to the calculations yet because I did forget to jot down what I weighed. This evening I'm buying me a good digital for home use. My supraillic is at about 8-9 mm so that gives me a good ball park figure.
        I should of known better since my strength increased quite dramatically this week. I check my one rep maximums in compound lifts every third week or so.
