    Ketosis question

    Hi guys,
    I know this has been answered a thousand times but I couldn't find the answer when I searched. My strip is showing up pink, I think the third square, Does that mean I am in the fat burning zone or does it have to register purple?

        Think of it this way ... any color change is good and represents ketosis. It is like being pregnant ... you either are or you aren't.
