Hi everyone, just started induction phase and noticed that out of nowhere, my face feels really flushed and warm and I get a bit sweaty on my face. Is this normal or is something wrong with me?

The sweating is normal, the flushing can be signs of food allergies, but I'm not a medical doctor. You might be on meds, have hormonal imbalances, etc, so a good blood profile would be prudent.sigpic Me, at 195 lb. September 24, 2009. It's 5:30 a.m. and can't wait to hit the coffee. -

When I first started on induction I found out of the blue my face & under my arms would be sweaty -- it is normal. If you have ever had any food allergies check to make sure you aren't eating any thing you shouldn't -- my experience had nothing to do with food allergies - I know exactly what I am and have been allergic to since I was 5 years old.
