Anyway, Im a STACer: years ago, when I was 18, I lost all the weight and was skinny and had a great life. No one even knew that I had ever been overweight.
Flash forward. Im in the military now, and the last year I was completely off the diet (gained 30 pounds, which is a lot of my 5'1 frame!

Anyway, Ive started induction again, and Im feeling great!
here is the synopsis: On my birthday, which was last weekend, I chose not to have a cake..I wanted to celebrate going back to being "me". The next day, a surprise ice cream cake came to me at work, and I had 2 slices of it.
immedietly after that, I threw up everything, until it seemed like it was all gone. (I know this is unhealthy, I made a mistake and felt I did not want to digest all the sugar).
The actual question: Do you think this brought me out of ketosis? that was days ago and of course I have been eating clean, but I wanted to know if the sugar, even if it was reguritated (I know...not right) could have affected me being in ketosis.
A side note: I gained weight starting in boot camp because the only thing that is served in boot camp is ::gulp:: carbs! I was 2 months practically forced to carb myself up (which of course was kinda sweet) and I immedielty moved and moved again. all the moving and stress caused me to just eat whatever. Now Im in my station, and I know Im here to stay
