Body fat Analysis scales - what do you think?

Does anyone use the scales that also measure body fat all?

Was considering getting one, in the hope that on days when perhaps the pounds and ounces aren't moving, perhaps the percentage fat will? (Also, am curious about my percentages!)

Has anyone used these? Do they work? If so, what kind of loss have you seen on atkins?

    Fifth time's a charm...?
