Starch in my vitamins?

    Starch in my vitamins?

    I was curious how much trouble a one a day multi vitamin with starch (tapioca and corn) listed 7th on the ingredients would give me??

    Money is very tight until Wednesday so it would just be until then, or would I be better off without it?

    Probably none. The amount must be tiny.

    I was taking a brand of vitamins at the beginning that had starch in it. The label was in German and I never thought it would be a good idea to translate it (just vitamins after all, right? ). I switched to a "cleaner" brand after I finished them.
