Hi!ok so i noticed that on the few days ive been on atkins im not eating as many calories as i used to. Im eating like 1000cal at a stretch!(but im not hungry either) Is this going to stall my fatloss because my metabolism will slow down or something? for example today i had:
Breakfast: 3 hard boiled eggs & water
dinnertime (ish): Kebab strips with greens & water & water
(and i will probabaly have one egg omelette with greens in a while if i get hungry)
