Re: Back again with a question

    Hi Vinny
    Welcome to our ADBB family

Have you a copy of DANDR with the list of induction-legal food?
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Check out our Low Carb Recipes website and add to it!!

Yes Vin. 3 cups a day. Two from salad veggies like escarole, lettuce, radish, romaine, etc (you can find the threads on this in Induction) and one from veggies like green (string) beans, broccoli, cauliflower, etc. (that's raw measurement not cooked). Tomatoes tend to be higher in carbs as do onions so watch your quantities if you use them---use fitday.com to help you get a handle on your best choices or buy a food counts book--Corinne Netzer's book has almost everything in it including restaurant foods. A lot of foods have vary different counts from what you might imagine so a good food counter like fitday or a guide book are very helpful.

It's not about the results. Its about the process.
