But I too don't think this diet will help your teeth, it may prevent new things from happening, but it probably won't reverse the damage that has already been done.

I called a free clinic but they said to bad basically - I know this diet will help like you said but yeah the damage is done - I just want to get a second opinion without paying out 140 again - I know a pull would be the easy way out , but I have never been married yet so if my teeth shift I could feel very self conscience

Hey man, they only advice I'm going to give is that if you do have an infection and postpone any action, you can seriously destroy part of your jaw bone and even die from such an infection. Those crowns are pricey, I'm having one put in, in about 2 weeks. I have no dental, either, and root canals cost a small fortune. At least they are painless, in my experiences. I had two.

What if I just got a root canal without a crown ? I got the money for the canal work - The crown is over a 1000 ! Could a Gold filling help ? Yeah IM on infection killers can't think of the name off hand but they make me very sleepy - Pulling it would be 200 and then get the implant next year for 1200 - My left bottom wisdom tooth was looked at to , they said its impacted ( AHH ) * pulling my hair out * I was thinking of getting both pulled - but can your teeth shift in a year ? I know I can get the money for an implant next year that will replace my molar

I have a reason to take atkins seriously now - Lose some weight and protect my teeth . I was downing Rice crispy , Ice creams , Soda , Take out , - I don't know what happened one min I could deal with having junk off and on then I started to fall . My teeth took a beating so now I need to respect my teeth and my health over all.
One thing I enjoy about Atkins is Chicken salads yum I could eat that every day . Sorry about this post But my deadline is tomorrow to make a choice ( pull ) ( fill ) ( Canal without crown )

My mothers tooth slit in half a few years ago from an infection. She finally went to a dentist and it cost her a lot to fix her tooth, but she did it anyway. Then last last year the "fixing" came undone and the dentist wanted to do it again...my mother said shed rather pay 200 bucks to get it pulled then a 1000+ (euros mind you) to get it fixed. After a lot of arguing the dentist finally pulled it. She felt so much better and still does. Her teeth still look the same and since adult teeth are rooted I'm not sure if they would shift. Hers still look the same, she now has something to play with to pass the time her own words.

You can get the root canal, but ask for a permanent filling. This should last a few years, maybe, before getting a crown. You can save up for a few months then get your crown. You can price around for a different dentist. The problem with root canals is that they kill the nerve so you will not feel anything after wards, if done properly.
After time, though, your tooth can crack to bits without a filling. Extraction then become a real pain in the ***.

              1) Pulled teeth are forever... don't do it unless the tooth is broken or unsavable...

              2) Tooth infection - Often they can drill down, put in some anti-biotic, kill the infection and then fill the tooth with a temporary filling - putting in a permanent filling after they are sure the infection is gone... Only get a root canal if the infection can not be stopped.

              3) Get the wisdom tooth pulled only if it is effecting the other teeth, (i.e. causing them to move or causing pain.) Remember... it isn't going anywhere...

My advice would be to drill into the tooth, try to kill the infection, get a temp filling... check again a week later, at that point get a permanent filling or a root canal based upon pain/infection and then get a permanent filling. You can always get a nice looking crown down the road...

Your dentist should be willing to work within your budget to try to save your teeth...

              Good luck!

Yup im taking your advice ! See I can get my teeth cleaned then fix the other cavities before they become like my molar . My wisdom seems fine off and on but not extreme pain . My molar seems fine when I take a vitamin B ? Why is that . The pain killers I got don't even take away the pain like vitamin B ....

I then tested this on Ambient at night when I felt some pain - instead of taking a pain killer I took an ambient and the pain was gone ? I do need Gas when I get this done - I hope
They can do all my cavities in one go !

Another thing - If I talk on the phone or get excited while playing a video game it starts to hurt ? Sorry about the questions but why is that .

                And im under 19 carbs

Im getting a pulpotomy then I found a dentist for next year ( root canal ) 650 without crown - Cant afford the crown . Never again will I pass up taking care of my teeth Cleaning is 105 - not bad - 3 deep fillings 300 and a few small cavites 200 ( Never again ) by sacrificing a root canal this year I stopped 3 teeth from needing a root canal , I feel better now .

The crown I can get a year after the root canal I know its not a good Idea but $ is the issue
