Re: Help!!!!!!!!
Could you please post a menu, including quantities? Also tell us when exactly (a date) you started Atkins, how your weight changed and when you stopped losing.
And can you post your stats too (height, starting weight, current weight, goal)?"Get action. Seize the moment. Man was never intended to become an oyster."

Re: Help!!!!!!!!
How big is that salad? And how many mushrooms are you eating (in cups or oz)? Do your veggies add up to 3 cups per day?
Is the green tea decaf? If it isn't, better ditch it and replace it with some decaf tea. Do you add sweetener to your tea? Or cream? And if you do, how much?
Are you taking a multivitamin? Vitamin deficiencies can stall or slow down weight loss.
Are you exercising?
In any case, if you only have 25 lbs left to lose, it's time for you to move to OWL. That way you'll have time to climb the Carbohydrate Ladder, find your CCLL, CCLM and learn how to maintain your weight once you reach goal. Many people stall if they extend Induction for too long. In almost all cases, their weight loss restarts once they move to OWL Rung 1 and add more veggies in their diet.
15 lbs in 4 weeks is excellent!
Your body might also need some time to catch up with the new weight. Did you take body measurements? Did you lose any inches in the past three weeks?"Get action. Seize the moment. Man was never intended to become an oyster."

Re: Help!!!!!!!!
Look for a multivitamin without iron, unless otherwise advised by your doctor.
Any idea how many calories you are eating? I'm wondering if you're eating enough. And how many net carbs are you averaging?"Get action. Seize the moment. Man was never intended to become an oyster."

Re: Help!!!!!!!!
You're very welcome!
You're calories are fine. I think a vitamin deficiency might be the problem. Moving to OWL Rung 1 (but before you do read the OWL chapter in DANDR again and the sticky threads in the OWL forum to make sure you're doing it correctly) and taking a multivitamin should solve the problem."Get action. Woo hoo! Good for you for giving up smoking! That's a great achievement!
Let us know how you're doing with more veggie and a multivitamin.
