You can have pure whipping cream, but not whipped cream. My doctor told me to stop having intimate dinners for four. Unless there are three other people.

Re: confused?!!?!
One major component of this way of eating is counting carbs, another equally important component is only eating foods on the Acceptable Food List for the phase of the diet that you're at. You're on Induction, so you can only eat foods on the Induction Acceptable Food List. Typically, there are ingredients in store-bought whipped cream that aren't on the Acceptable Food List. You can, however, make your own with heavy whipping cream and Splenda.

Re: confused?!!?!
Whipping Cream is in the dairy section of the store near the Half and Half, Heavy Cream, etc.. It is in a little carton, usually. You make your own whipped cream from it with some sweetner and a mixer.
When you are alone in your head, you are in a bad neighborhood.

Re: confused?!!?!
whipping cream is called heavy cream or heavy whipping cream in the dairy department -- you'll find it near half & half and usually the smaller sizes of milk. You whip the cream with a little vanilla and either a packet of sweetner or no sweetner (your choice) on high with your mixer until the cream becomes a thick consistency.
The whipped cream you buy in a can has everything but cream in it -- I already put the ingredients in another of your posts but will do it again.
Ingredients in heavy whipping cream: cream, milk.
Ingredients in canned whipped cream (cool whip or Reddi Whip): ReddiWip | Real Cream (I beg to differ with what Reddi Whip says on this site that "nothing is more real than reddi whip ---- whipping cream is real -- this stuff isn't!!!)
There are more ingredients in these 2 products than should be. There are propellents, corn syrup, vegetable oil, sugar and on and on --- you shouldn't be eating any of these things. It's a frankenfood (chemically enhanced food). Stay away from the cool whip (canned or in a tub) and reddi whips --- buy real whipping cream in your going to have anything.Carole_____________________May Water 130oz daily

Re: confused?!!?!
3 Tbls. of heavy cream (whipping cream) is all you're allowed on Induction. Whip up 3 tbls. of heavy cream with one of your 3 allowed sweetners with a mixer untill light a fluffy= whipped cream.
Fresh is best!

The Magic Bullet (or similar product) works great for small portions like this.Originally posted by Sherri View Post3 Tbls. of heavy cream (whipping cream) is all you're allowed on Induction. Whip up 3 tbls. of heavy cream with one of your 3 allowed sweeteners with a mixer until light a fluffy= whipped cream.
Real whipped cream is so much tastier than the canned stuff.
p.s. Look for sales in regular stores for buying this type of blender rather than buying it from the online retailer. It's cheaper.
