  • "No more bars" WORKED!

    Thanks to all who encouraged me to stop with the bars last week. (Of course, the first step was admitting I had a problem!)

    At my weigh-in this week, I lost FOUR pounds!!! If that's not even more encouragement, I don't know what is...

    Had a good workout, and my hubby is in the kitchen now making us all salad for lunch.

    I can't wait for next week's weigh-in!

    Mega congrats on those 4 pounds!

    Thanks for letting us know how it worked out. While it may be true that the bars don't stall everyone, I can personally vouch for the fact that they have NO place in my menu (not even in Maintenance). I would love the convenience of using them occasionally, but I've tried numerous times and have had trouble every single time.

    I'm proud of you for doing what needed to be done!
