    also 4 weeks into atkins and working out you probably have regained some muscle

    going from an unhealthly low cal starvation muscle burning diet too a healthy atkins diet will make you regain the muscle you lost and gain even more so you could have lost some fat even if your weight is the same

    also the club soda did it have aspartame in it? aspartame is a known weight loss staller you should avoid it

      Make sure you dont go below 1500 cals a day--that would cause you to hold the weight on rather than lose.
