    The FAQs on this board are a fabulous revision resource, especially "Atkins at a Glance" and the other FAQs by Elleth Faewen.

    Atkins Low Carb Dieting - FAQ's - Atkins Diet

    Can I ask everyone to read them? It will only take a few minutes. I have been doing Atkins quite a few years, and think myself an experienced practitioner, but we all forget things.

    New or old to this board do read and re-read the FAQs.

    You will be surprised how often you say to yourself "I didn't know that" or "Oh! I had quite forgotten that."

    Read one NOW and the others over the next few days.

    Male 6 ft 3in 60 years old. Married 28 years.
    Began Atkins March 04 at 260lb, reduced to 203lb by April 07 and maintained.

      I re-read the info on the induction site last week and started re-reading my DANDR book again this morning.

      You are right, there are things you don't remember or things you may not have seen the first 2 or 3 times through. Great advise for us to go back and re-read the rules -- I'm a big advocate of "the rules" in all things!
