I was wondering if anyone else struggled with this. This is my first day of induction, I find that no more than an hour after I eat I am almost starving again, I am watching for hidden sugars, so far none. I have limited myself to 1 or 2 diet rites a day, just really trying to come off the stuff completley. Have basically had a few hamburger patties with just two pieces of chesse and a little mayonaise. (sounds gross but it works for me). I also had a few hard boiled eggs about an hour later. I am keeping up with my carb count and sweetener limit as well as my 3 to 4 ounces of chesse limit. Maybe I am not eating enough? I seem to get satisfied (full) when I eat, I just get hungry like an hour later. Oddly enough I have had blood tests and other multiple checks from the doctor to make sure there wasn't and underlying medical condtion,as to why I am so hungry all the time. Everything cleared. Hunger (second to weight loss) was the main reason I wanted to adopt this way of eating, I have been told it minimized hunger by many people as well as the book. So in conclusion, is this just a temporary thing until my body straightens itself out? Have more people had success with just eating small meals through out the day?Or am I so insulin resistiant from all the crap I have put in my body in the past, that my body needs time to adjust? Or am i doomed to be hungry for the rest of my days?

Sorry for all the questions, any imput is greatly apprecciated.
PS: I have consumed well over 64 ounces of water today, so I dont think That is the Issue.
