    breakfast- fritatta
3 eggs, 1 tbs heavy cream, chicken, bacon, cooked in butter on low heat, then broiled the top..topped with shredded parmeasan cheese, salt, and pepper

lunch- fried cheese (queso blanco fried in vegetable oil) SO GOOD!

dinner- ceasar salad, broiled salmon (brushed with evoo), grilled asparagus topped with homemade lemon butter sauce, and "zuchinni pasta" topped with rosemary and a homemade alfredo (melted some heavy cream, butter, and mozeralla cheese)

    desert- rasberry mousse....
heavy cream, packet of splenda, sugar free rasberry jello powder combined with cocoa powder.

The SF raspberry jell-o probably has aspartame in it... I'd suggest cutting it out. Also, how much cocoa powder did you use? Is it unsweetened? In Induction, cocoa powder is limited to "spice" amounts (hopefully someone smarter will tell you the exact amount). Also, how many cups of veggies did you have? You want to get 3 cups total, but only 1 cup can come from the "Other Vegetables" list on the Acceptable Food List for Induction. You have both asparagus and zucchini (delicious!), which are both on the Other Vegetables list. Also, I personally try to avoid piling all my vegetables into one meal; it's a little better to spread them throughout the day.

Also, Dr. Atkins said that cheating is the kiss of death on this diet, and clearly there is no thing as a "little cheat" for you - I'm the same way! I would just say to mentally commit yourself to no cheats. You have a fantastic attitude and I wish you the best!
