Hey guys,
The last time I posted on here i think i was at my lowest point, feeling very very sorry for myself indeed! After a swift talking to by some of the lovely members on here i got my butt in gear and started induction again after i had gained back half of my weight (I now have 13Ibs to lose)
I've been on induction for the last two weeks but alongside my TOM so I wasn't really surprised that the scale didn't move much! But I've broken through and lost 1 Ib as of this morning and my belt feels mush looser!
The first three days are the hardest, once you get the craving for those carbs out the door its plain sailing
I went for dinner with one of my friends last night who is on a calorie controlled diet and watched as she ate a dry side salad with nothing else while I tucked into crispy grilled chicken with oven roasted veg all washed down with a ice cold glass of fizzy water 
Dinner tonight is home made lamb kebabs, with home made salsa and cauliflower rice
