Re: plz help
I'd try giving up the wylers sugar free packs and the sugar free jello and see what happens. Also, if you are not making the whipped cream yourself, be sure it has no sugar in it. I suggest forcing yourself to drink some plain water - you'll get used to it and you r body needs a lot of water on this diet.
Are you doing Induction? Some of the sugar free jello products have things you can't have on Induction - you need to carefully read the label. I don't know about the wylers, but try checking that label too.
Also, (in the US anyway) something can have less than .5 carbs and be labeled as zero carbs.

Re: plz help
It may be time for you to head on to OWL, sometimes people get stuck after induction. Also cut out the jello and flavor packs. Artificial sweeteners are known to stop weight loss. If you really can't drink water plain try adding a lemon slice to it. I prefer drinking my water ice cold because it has a naturally sweeter taste.
Good luck!

Re: plz help
No carbs & no sugar doesn't mean that all of the ingredients are legal for induction. Everything you eat on indcution (including all of the ingredients in everything you eat) have to be on the list of foods acceptable for induction.Originally posted by morgan2420 View Postthe wylers says no carbs no sugar and so does the jello.. its giant brand but the whipped cream says 1g for carbs.. thanks
No sugar generally implies an artificial sweetener. Aspertame stalls some people, and causes cravings for sweets in some people, which is why DANDR says to avoid it.Julie__________________F/37/5'2"__________________Start April 15, 2009

Re: plz help
You just need to deal with it - drink your water - there is nothing better for your body. Adding chemicals too it is making your liver and kidney unhappy and overworked. Give the body what it needs - plain clean WATER.
Also you need to eat your 3 cups of veggies. I hardly see any veggies in your menu.
Follow the RULES and you will be OK.
Congratulations with your progress so far.

Re: plz help
And all sweeteners are limited to 3 packets (or servings of sweet stuff) per day. Right now you are eating 2 servings from Sugar Free Jell-O and at least 2 more from the packets. And not only are you over your daily sweetener limit, but the sweetener you are consuming is aspartame.
If you want jelly, you can make your own using unflavored gelatin, a "legal" sweetener and a flavoring of your choice. But if you have an addiction to sweets (which it seems you do), my advice would be to use Induction to kill your sweet tooth. Also remember Dr. Atkins told us desserts should be occasional "treats", not every day items on our menus.
You can flavor your water with lemon or lime juice/slices, or with cucumber slices. Don't forget to count the carbs in lemon juice. One lemon yields about 3 tablespoons of juice (1 tbsp lemon juice = 1.3 net carbs)."Get action. Seize the moment. Man was never intended to become an oyster."

Re: plz help
Morgan, how much weight do you have to lose? Why did you extend your Induction?
And did you take body measurements? Did those change?"Get action. Seize the moment. Man was never intended to become an oyster."

Re: plz help
liv (hi Buddy) is right you HAVE to eat those veggies. And please do not limit yourself to just the leafy greens. Also it looks like you may not be eating enough calories. Plug in your day to www.fitday.com your ratios should look approx like 5% carb/30% protein/60% fat if you are doing induction. Your calories should not be too much below a couple of hundred of your BMR or you are not eating enough and that alone can cause a stall.
NOTE: Atkins is not a no carb diet. In fact he encourages us to eat carbs...the right kind....3 cups a day to start...and he has set up this WOE for us to figure out just how much of the right kind we can eat for our bodies.Elsie150
