Inviting/Accepting Friends
I have an invite to be a friend in my User's CP. I don't know how to respond (poor person, probably thinks I don't like 'em 
) So, how do I accept and or extend, friendships!

You have to check the little box next to that person's avatar and choose to save or accept or something like that. If that doesn't work, try going to that person's profile page and choose to befriend the individual, so he/she can accept your invitation.
