  • My first Post....questions

Just starting this diet yesterday... A few beginner questions I have.(I will do some searched too...)

Since I am in my first two weeks, I want to start as strict as possible... A few concerns I have:
    Cheese, how much?
Ok to drink Diet Rite? No carbs, sodium, etc...
    Fried Chicken wings?

I'm sure I'll get more, but these are it for now...

    Thanks,

    Doug

3 oz. cheese per day limit
Diet Rite is allowed but not recommended during induction.
Fried chicken wings... by all means! But if you slather them in BBQ sauce or something else, make sure you read the ingredients very carefully.

    Good luck! ha

Just make sure that by "fried" you don't mean "breaded and fried"

During the first 2 weeks your focus needs to be on whole unprocessed foods and water water water. This will help defeat the sweet tooth and avoid sweet cravings that doom so many to failure. Also artificial sweeteners, even splenda can stall some people and trigger insulin responces which in turn causes cravings.
