  • Slim in 6-Worth it?

Anyone use the "Slim in 6" dvd's? I've heard the program thrown around here and there-no one I know personally though- and I have just seen the informercial on television. I have several Leslie Sansone "Walk Away the Pounds" dvd's and I really do like her..I suppose that 15+ months later I am starting to get a little bored with it.

I did the Slim in Six routine several years ago. The workouts are very hard and are 60 minutes long. But I did this allong with low carbing and lost weight fast! I would say go for it if you like to work out and enjoy a challenge. You can expect results.

I just started it. It is brutal. My arms, abdomen, and thighs hurt! but I really want to see results and it has a good track record... Definately a good overall workout. I'm looking forward to dropping inches! The diet sucks that comes with it! lol. It's all about their supplements and powdered drinks... atkins is better.

A few years back I saw it on an infomercial in the middle of the night... and on a whim ordered it. I have never ordered anything from the TV before or since! lol. Anyways, it was a good deal at the time. I honestly don't know the best way to order it now. I goodled it and a bunch of sites sell it. I was reading the info that came with it... there are several diets, and one option is to eat/drink powdered drinks all the time... but another option is low carb... high protein... sound familiar???

Well, it is a good program... There used to be a group that did it together... I'd be happy to chat with you about it when you start it... it's really very good. Just a bit painful especially at first. amazing what you don't work when you only walk and run... lol.

Today did day 4, felt more energetic and put more effort into it... it's a really good workout. I am enjoying it. One thing I really like is that you can mute the music and play your own music so it's nice to be able to change the music and not be sick to death of the same music over and over...
