    Eek... This might be a bit TMI, but please, bare with me..

    Okay, so, my poop is a nice mossy GREEN!
    What the...? And I mean more green than brown.

    Tripped at the finishing line and fell back! Restarted the 17th of May 2008, now at 163/163/130.

    It could be because you are eating greener, fresher veggies now than you were before starting this WOL. :nod

    It is nothing to be concerned about. It will go back to "normal" when your body gets used to having wholesome foods :hug

      I got this when I started and I thik it was due to yeast die off it's really gross but, it goes away as your body adjusts. It could also be a stomach or intestinal bug in an infant when they have green poop you just bacically know it's a bug.

          Oh my God...you're from Mars!!! :yikes

          In all seriousness though...you're not alone. I experience this two after the consumption of green veggies. I just take it as the normal course of action as food digest through our system, in this particular case, the green food. LOL

            Well another possibility is stress- i get like that if i am really really stressed about something- you'll be fine though jsut drink a lil extra water and rest and relax
