    i've cheated.

now before you yell at me.... it was under doctor's orders so HA!

but now that i can go back on the diet, i vow to exercise more, get in a routine, and do it right!

sad thing i've upped one size. but im still smaller than when i first started.

and today i bought a big bag of flaxseed meal. only $1.99!!!

so yea, once i get in a few more bad foods in, im going to start lol. (sunday i guess?...yea sunday.) but for now, I NEED CHOCOLATE

    wish me luck.

    Re: oops

    What do you mean HA?
You mean that I cannot yell at you for cheating. Now would I do that? Not really.

I am, however, worried that you are not in the right spirit of things though. Are you sure you are going to manage to get back to this?
    Wish you luck though.

      Good luck.....

why not restart now? Its much easier to restart immediately after a cheat than after spending 3 or 4 days in carbville.... not to mention possibly losing your current progress... I've been there before.

        Re: oops

I'm finally back in ketosis and feeling great after 6 weeks of nonsense/****/insanity/night-time binge eating after a cheat on father's day. For all of you who think you can get right back on it on "Monday" or after the weekend, take a look at this sad graph of my progress. That straight horizontal line betweem 6/16 and this week is all you need to see about what a little slip can do to some of us...good luck....
