I added "ADBB Chat" to the Board calendar: http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...s/calendar.php
If you have the time set correctly in your profile, the calendar should show you the correct time (in your time!) when the chat is scheduled. To set the time in your profile, go to User CP, then under "Settings & Options" click on "Edit Options". After that, if you go down on the page, you have an option where you can choose your time zone. Select whatever you want, then click "Save Changes" and that should be it.
