it took a lot of guts to post that...and as you say, you've now learned why you cannot cheat.
I can't cheat either, but mine was because I darned near yakked everywhere after cheating on a carb loaded dinner. Only I wasn't able to, and as a result spent several days feeling so poisoned and so horrid, there's no way conceivable way I'm caving in now. T'aint worth it in my own books.
...edited to say, I hope you're feeling much better Carol. I'm really pleased you didn't regain during your hospital stint. Self confidence can really take a dink.
