The title pretty much sums it up. I keep plugging away. I have no idea what I weighed before I started the diet but I know I was a size 20-22. Now I'm close to a size 14. My size 16 pants that have no spandex or stretch in them are getting almost too big. I went to the doctors to get some new medicine and I weigh 218. So I have to go back in a month and I'm buckling down a bit and going to try to return to the gym to get into that size 14 pants or smaller. I'm also going to try to get down to 200. We'll see how that goes. I know its ambitious of me but I think I can do it. Especially if I go back to induction. I might not do that though, I enjoy my menu choices. I definately need to up my vegetable intake though.
Well enough dribble for now. I've been really busy and under a tremendous amount of stress. Thank god I haven't turned to food during that stress.
