  • desserts for induction?

    I'm on extended induction my 5th week and the WHOLE time I've had a sweet toothe! does anybody know where i can get some easy dessert recipes for induction??! thanks!

    The only legal induction dessert that I know of is clouds.

      hmmm thats a tough one i think. Sometimes I use diet rite to distract me. Its splenda safe and yet tastes just like regular soda to me. It makes me feel like I'm taking a break from keto even though its not.

      induction is kinda like boot camp though...sposed to put on your warrior face and crank some eye of the tiger.


      Hmmm this reminds me of the freeze pops I'd make as a kid.......I had the popsicle making kit that you poured your kool-aid into and then inserted the stick part and then let it freeze in the fridge and then you'd have pops.....You can prolly do that diet rite or even some hansen brand soda...<< might work although it'd be way too much work involved for me.

          Have a look at Linda's: here. She has a lot of good ideas. Just make sure you look at the recipes with "*" by the name, those are for induction.
