    Hi EVERYONE! I'm pretty new to the site. Just wanted to brief everyone on where I'm at. I'm 5'4 my start weight was 202, current 196 and goal is 145 and I started Atkins 6 days ago. So far so good and I haven't really had time to work out due to my dog having puppies! So can't complain. Any advice at all I would love to hear it. I'll post photos every month or so for motivation.

    Also if there is anyone out there who would like to keep weekly emails along with me for motivational purposes, let me know.

    -185lbs.
    -175lbs.
    -165lbs. (half way!)
    -155lbs.
    -145lbs. (goal for my birthday, July 7th)
    -130lbs. (ultimate target weight)

    Hello and Welcome to the board. Congrats on your loss so far, you are doing great! Check into the board often, as this will help keep you motivated and hopefully on track. There is lots of advice and info, plus there is always someone here to help out when/if you get stuck.

      Way to go on your loss so far!! I was really stuck at a plateau about a month ago. Adding a coati baby on the bottle to our family was a real dedication booster. Like you with your dog's puppies, I found I had so little time, so I had to plan my day, especially my meals and exercise. I found with Oogway in my life, I had no time left for boredom eating and it helped me to focus even moreso on what was going in my mouth.

      So having babies in the house can really work for you ; )
