    Hey Guys,
    So i have two questions...
    1. ok i know any success is better than no success, but i was wondering if it is possible to lose 5 pant sizes in 5 months.
    2. what would be considered as working out too much? I have a membership to my colleges new rec center and i was planning on going 5-6 days a week.

    My crush of 13 years is coming home from a tour in iraq and we havent seen each other in a long time and i want to look extra nice for him! I figure the better conditioning i do the better my body will look no matter what size i am.

    Just wanting to get some positive and helpful thoughts and advice. Thank you all for your support and inspiration!

    Bust: 44 inches Now:38
    Waist: 41 inches Now: 33
    Hips: 54 inches Now: 46
    Thighs: 31 inches Now: 27
    Arms: 15 inches Now: 14
    Neck: 15 inces Now: 13.5

    Bust: 36 inches

    get a trainer to help you or someone to show you how its done and dont waste your time on cardio cardio is good once or twice a week for like 7 mins

    and when you do the cardio for 7 mins go at it hard but not too hard that you hurt yourself

    make sure you let your trainer/helper know you want to work all your muscles so he can set something up like 1 day chest 1 day legs 1 day back etc

    and everyday you can do some abbs


    remember light cardio endurance exercise does not drain much glucose and it wont shape your body or give much bonus fat loss at all

    heavy weight lifting and squats and etc will shape your body and provide much better fat loss with atkins

    heavy exercise drains the glucose from your muscles much better than light and draining the glucose from your muscles is how you get great fat loss and muscle gain with atkins

    if you go at it too hard or dont lift the weight properly you will burn out and or hurt yourself so make sure you get a trainer or someone to show you how its done and get a work out sheet ready for you

    make sure your trainer/helper pays attention and shows you how to do the exercise properly and ask him questions if you ever get confused at if your doing it right or if hes not around then ask the people who have lots of muscle for some help

    get a new work out routine every month or so and dont go heavy heavy every month switch it up

      Awwww.... that's sweet. I have no advice to give but an awwww....
      I'm sure that exercising will help shrink that pant size and Atkins will help drop the wt... as for how fast??? no telling. Everyone is different and seems to really depend person to person. You are probably young, so will lose faster than an old lady like me ;-) Hope he makes it home safe and sound. Will say a little prayer for him... God bless him for serving our country and helping to make the world a safer more democratic place for all.

        No one can really answer the weight loss/size issue,but 5 months of Atkins is sure to give you some great results=)

          As everyone else has said, nobody can tell if you'll lose the weight in that amount of time, but it's not impossible and could be achievable! In 4 months I went from a pant size 12 (170 lbs) to a pant size 6 (136 lbs) by sticking to plan and exercising.

            In the last 3 months I have gone down 3 sizes and 40 pounds. For shaping, weightlifting is the best. It makes you look leaner and lighter than you really are.

              You have given no stats (height, weight, amount to loose, etc). You haven't told us what you eat so it's hard to help.
