Hey Guys,
So i have two questions...
1. ok i know any success is better than no success, but i was wondering if it is possible to lose 5 pant sizes in 5 months.
2. what would be considered as working out too much? I have a membership to my colleges new rec center and i was planning on going 5-6 days a week.
My crush of 13 years is coming home from a tour in iraq and we havent seen each other in a long time and i want to look extra nice for him! I figure the better conditioning i do the better my body will look no matter what size i am.
Just wanting to get some positive and helpful thoughts and advice. Thank you all for your support and inspiration!
