    Good Morning ~ I have had "GREAT" Success on another Atkins Forum with this Thread so I thought that I would give it a try here on !!!

    Thanks & Welcome to all that have joined in today. I know that it really helps me to stick to my Daily Mini Goals when I have put them out there for others to see!!!

    I will continue to post this Thread each morning as long as there is an interest in doing so!!!

    Good Sunday Morning & to all of my Mini Goal Friends!!!

    My Mini Goal for today is to make sure to drink all of my 80oz of water & to spend 10mins rolling around on my Stability Exercise Ball!!!

    Oh & then to make sure to post both results on the challenge threads for today!!!

        To get my exercise in by riding up a mountain.

        I tried the climb yesterday. I only made it halfway before I had to turn back due to getting a flat tire. (I forgot to bring a tube, and the patch wouldn't hold.) A thunderstorm was also brewing, so probably not a bad idea to turn around anyway.

        Today I'm taking 2 spares and the weather should be clear this afternoon.

            Nice thread. I need to play too. Where to start? There are so many things I could do better these days.
            I think today I'll pick VEGETABLES. I like them but on OWL I so often eat other carb things and vegetables have been neglected. Like many others I really do better them more of them I eat. So goal for the day:

            INCREASE MY AMOUNT OF VEGETABLES
            Startdate: November 18, 2007. Female 5'2"

            May Challenges 2010
            Push-ups: 450/800
            Abs: 850/1900
            Squats: 650/1200
            Lunges: 500/1000
            Strength: 490/1200
            Running: 50/100 km


            2 Years on Atkins.................. President Challenge Medals earned

                  My Goal for today was, to weigh and measure everything i eat! i have become a bit sloppy when it comes to measuring out food over the last couple of weeks. So im going back to basics with my food scale.

                  Ive just finished dinner not long ago, and can now say i successfully achieved my goal today!

                        More physical activity, now addicted to activity then food the difference has been a
                        10kg/22lb loss of weight in just over one month, around 7% of my body weight. Still have to lose 10kg/22lb.
