I'm not sure. I have never had the runs from Atkins. I have that problem when I'm not on Atkins.

I've had them when I was eating mostly meat and little dairy foods. It was like I digested so much all that was left was runny. Mostly I get stuck the other way. I took fiber today. Mostly the runs didn't last long with me.

My starting weight was 235 lbs and I'm trying to get to 130 lbs.

      1st mini goal: 145! met 12/09
      2nd mini goal: 140!
      3rd mini goal:135!
      4th mini goal: 130!

I drink coffee. I drink when I am thirsty. I am just a low carber. Not on Atkins at all!!! He has everything to do with my weightloss and nothing to do with it, depending on who you ask.

Likely not. Unless you are having things like Atkins bars, sugar free candies, shakes, diet sodas, etc., it's probably the extra fat you have added. You should be fine in a few days. Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration and take your supplements.

A fiber supplement rich in soluble fiber will also help, because it adds bulk to the stool. Check DANDR or this thread:

to see how fiber supplements should be taken.

Oh yeah I forgot how sugar alcohols can mess with my system. I tried a low carb candy once. Never again.
