    153lbs!!!!!!

    Thats a loss of 4lb this week and a total of 1lb less than a STONE!!

    YEY!!!!!!!

    1st mini goal smashed - and check out the waist line coming down!!!

    So either its working, or having the kids home for the summer hols is the best diet in the world - does tearing your hair out burn fat???

    Heres a big pat on the back for those who have lost and a big hug and motivating pat for those who havent this week - come on - we can do it!!!!

    You are doing so well, my scale has been stuck at the same number for a few weeks now, but im trying not to let it bother me, im sticking to it no matter what!

      Great weight loss number but CHECK OUT THOSE MEASUREMENT NUMBERS!!! Wow!!

      p.s. Tearing your hair out qualifies as an upper body workout building muscles in the arms. If you have big hair, this might also result in a loss on the scale. Of course, you will look funny with no hair, but hey, who cares? People will be looking at your thin waist.
