I cut raw chicken breast in cubes, cook them in a bit of butter and oil, add curry powder and fresh cardamom and at the end, when they are done I add cream.

I found a sugar free italian dressing. I marinate my chicken in that (I use boneless chicken breast, cut into strips/"fingers"), and cook it on my indoor grill (its like a George Forman). It takes no time. That also is good to stir fry. That is my quick and easy standby.
