I just want to clarify something that makes perfect sense to me but I always got mixed responses on "another" low carb board.....when following the atkins WOE it would seem that combining excercise(walking,jogging,weights etc.) with this WOE would go hand in hand in order to speed up weight loss...i read in one of my health mags last night that when you exercise your body burns CARBS first THEN FAT...if there are no carbs to burn your body automatically will burn fat!? Which leads me to think exercise and atkins together equals MAJOR WEIGHT LOSS!!!???
Is this the case? Has anyone combined the two and found this to be so true???

for your responses and help....i can see doing without counting calories but i cant see doing without bleu cheese and salads and not worrying about the calories!!
