I'm curious why you want to know about products (bronkaid and lipo-6x) sometimes used by bodybuilders on an Atkins board. It is hard to formulate much of an answer as you have not provided any stats in your signature or weight tag.

Lipo-6x gets most of its positive reviews from bodybuilders who like that mega-caffeine type buzz. These are people who are pretty much at goal weight but are looking for more cut to their physique. Without any information, I don't know if you are in this category.

Among users that were using Lipo-6x as a diet pill the reviews were not that favorable. Many complained of chest pains, shakes, jittery feeling and some, panic attacks.

ALL of the reviewers reported weight losses less than those realized from Atkins dieters who did a proper, clean Induction. Weight loss from other reviewers using the product for one month or more reported weekly weight losses less than the average Atkins dieter who follows the Atkins plan properly.

If it's weight loss you are looking for, it seems that doing Atkins would be the healthy way to go for maximum weight loss. If you are a bodybuilder looking for stack advice, there are bodybuilding boards that can give you better info.

Yes! Yes! Yes! Mizski, you pulled it off again. You are a well-spring of good information!
I stay clear from bodybuilding stacks, etc. They can be dangerous. When I feel I need to speed up my metabolism, I'll find an incline ramp about 100 m long, walk at a brisk pace to the location and sprint up the ramp as fast as possible. I'll stop when either I'm too winded or the lactic acid buildup in my quads prevents me from running. I'll repeat that 5-6 time then walk back home. Ideally, the ramp should be at least a good 30 minute walk from your house at a pace ~ 3.0-3.5 mph.
I feel you get a few dividends from this type of training. You get to do a cardiovascular HIT, you build muscle mass on your legs, your calves get a good workout and you get a great lower ab workout. I'm pretty sure you release growth hormones on par with high repetition free squats. I'll do this also when I bored with squats.
By the way, the only stacks that truly work are expensive and / or illegal in the USA. If you want to get "iffy" Albuterol sulfate (inhalers) might do the trick. Your best bet is to do fat loss / muscle building naturally. It can be done readily using a proper diet, an intelligent workout scheme, decent genetics (to a certain point, I'd rate genetics at ~20%), and good body composition monitoring skills. Learn to read your body!

Too bad albuterol inhalers are prescription only in the US---you'd either have to buy it off an asthmatic or find a Dr Feelgood.

        Editing to add.....

I'm an asthmatic. I was diagnosed when I was 5 years old and was put on the albuterol syrup. When I got older I was put on the albuterol inhaler. Since albuterol was a first line asthma medication for a good number of years, you might say I was on it chronically for most of my life.

If it was such a great "metabolism" booster, then I shouldn't have been a chubby child, a plump teenager nor an obese adult.

Anyhow, I do know more about albuterol than I do Bronkaid because I'm an asthmatic. When I was about 10, I was brought to the ER one night because I was having an attack at home and couldn't breath inspite of the albuterol I was taking. At the ER, they gave me more albuterol. My lungs cleared up, but then something really bad happened. I got jittery and my heart rate jumped up---those are side effects of albuterol. Also they when they got the lab results back, I had a potassium level of 2, which is below normal. So they did an electrocardiogram on me and found "EKG changes"---which are a bad thing and is associated with death. So I was put into an ambulance and transferred to the Johns Hopkins, where I admitted to the Pediatric Intensive Care unit and monitored until my potassium and heart normalized. I had to go to a cardiologist until I was in my mid-20s to make sure my heart didn't suffer any permanent damage.

I tried Lipo-6 when I was waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay thinner and in excellent health and it caused me to have very scary side effects about two weeks into it.

I felt like I was in a parallel universe most of the day. I'd stay away from it just on general practice.

They are 'iffy' but show some anabolic properties / fat burning potential in athletes. I got so many boxes of this stuff laying around the house. My mom has COPD and she has tons of this stuff she rarely uses. Hmmmm.....
