  • I've lost 6 lbs my first week of WW

    I have been away for awhile. I had to take care of my sis who got in a very bad car accident. Her SUV overturned 5x. Anyway the plan proved to be hectic for me as I was away form home and always on the road.
    So there I was at 302 lbs. I love this site because so many of you are like me but I am going on weight watchers. I will keep you posted.

    One week 6 lbs

    Next weigh in not until Tues. and am already down 3 lbs...
    I know this is low carbing but so many of you have been there for me on Atkins didn't want you to think I fell off the planet.
    CaGirl1 age 25 5'4 1/2"
    1/24/05 314.5/300/250 first goal
    Restart on Tuesday 2/22/05 - 305/296.5/250 first goal
    3rd Time is a Charm restart Thursday 6/2/05 -
    SW 314.5/ Challenge start weight 305/
    CW 271 ------>Min Goal 40 lbs gone by Sept

    Hi, you know 6 pounds is very good start and I understand that WW is rethinking the carbs. There is always a home for you here, so let us know how it goes and keep us informed and well be here when your ready to come back

        Good luck to you! Don't let those points add up with white sugar/flour.....make your points count nutritionally!

          So true Fawn I am working on that...Here are my results


          week 1 - 6 lbs
          week 2 - 3 lbs

          Not the 14 my first week of Atkins but scale is moving down and not up...
          FYI - They are gave out a quick start or way to end a plateau plan which is 20 pnts a day and you can choose high carb or low carb and you eat from a list of food....Will try if necessary and you know how it goes
