    Good Morning to all my Mini Goal Friends!!!

    I know that it really helps me to stick to my Daily Mini Goals when I have put them out there for others to see!!!

    Thanks to all that have joined in so far & Welcome to any one that is new today!!!

    I will continue to post it each morning as long as there is an interest in doing so!!!

    My Mini Goal for today is to STAY AWAY from the 1/2 cup of Carb Smart Icecream I've been eating late at night for the past 3 days !!!

    Iam not gaining or stalling but I still know that its a BIG NO~NO & can become a very BAD HABBIT for me if I let it!!!

    Have a GREAT Saturday & Weekend Everyone whatever your Plans & Mini Goals may be !!!

      My mini goal is once again, to stay on track with my eating. No more "one little taste of this won't hurt". I know better than that.

          OK It is back to basics for me. I think I have been using my busy schedule as an excuse to let glide a bit. I'll try to eat my vegetables today. ALL of them.

          Good luck Cindi with the ice cream - those things can be dangerous stuff for sure.
          Andrea - water - I hope you will splish and splash by the end of day
          And Whatsername - I think staying track sounds like nice idea right now. I am right behind you.
