Way to go Rayley!!!!!!! I told you it would happen girl.....yippie!!!!!!

Now, due to the cheat be sure you drink a lot of water and try to flush it out of your system...you may experience a wee water gain but then again you may not..don't freak out if you do.....just keep going!!!!

I'm really proud of you Rayley, keep going...you're well on your way!

Thank you for sharing this exciting news with all of us, we're all behind you

    Hugs,
    Sarina

      Re: Finally!!!

      Hi Rayley,

Thank you for the pm, it was great to hear from you!!! I'm so glad that you're back on track today and as determined as ever...way to go...that's the way it has to be done and I'm really proud of you for not letting one slip turn into a landslide!!!!! Well done on your part....that's exactly what must be done...never, ever give up....giving up is the easy way out

Now a kick in the butt....ready for it?!?! I never, ever want to read you saying you're a failure...that couldn't be further from the truth. No one is a failure....that's a fact. You don't need to bring your self down or try to punish yourself with name calling or anything like that. Many of us slip from time to time.....it doesn't make us a failures....to be able to admit to our slip ups demonstrates strength and truth.

My husband once told me years ago, "when you find yourself in a challenging place or a difficult moment...it's not a question of whether or not you'll get through it but HOW you choose to get through it". Those words of wisdom are something I carry around with me all the time and I pass them along to you as well. Learn from the mishap, figure out another way you can be better prepared for the "next time" but don't kick yourself around....that can turn into self abuse and end up knocking you out of the game ok???? The great part is you've proven today by getting back in the game "how" you're going to deal with the mishap. That's crucial and I commend you for that.

Keep your chin up and go for your goal...just think, you're one more day closer to it!

Congratulations again on the weight loss, you should be very proud of yourself for that...and for sticking it out when the scales weren't moving...that's awesome.

      Hugs,
      Sarina

        Re: Finally!!!

        Rayley~

Great Job and sticking with it. To be honest, so many times that has happened to me, never have I been patient to wait 4 Weeks before cheating though!!! SO great Job on that... but also, I have found (after 5 or 6 days of not loosing) when I have that "cheat" (depending on how many carbs if only like 20-30 more) sometimes it confuses my body and I will drop a pound and start loosing again. So hopefully the same will be true for you... Now of course this doesn't always work especially if the "cheat" becomes daily!!!! Glad you are back on track.. Just keep going.

BTW~ My husband says the exact same thing as Sarina's husband... Maybe it is a man thing, but honestly it is so true.. .Know that you can do anything, just question how or what is the best way to get there.

It is okay if it takes me a little longer to get there, besides this is where I'm going to stay forever and that is a really long time!!!
