    Good Morning to all my Mini Goal Friends!!!

    I know that it really helps me to stick to my Daily Mini
    Goals when I have put them out there for others to see!!!

    Thanks to all that have joined in so far & Welcome to any one that is new today!!!

    I will continue to post it each morning as long as there is an interest in doing so!!!

    My Mini Goal For Today is to Surive another day with the 90+ heat having Lupus so staying inside will be a must.
    That way I can keep my Hands/Feet & Joints from Swelling, oh & breathing normally is nice as well !!! LOL

    As far as Atkins Drinking all of my water challenge 80oz of water & staying on plan with my eating!!!

      I going to weigh in 8/28 ..so my mini goal is to be anything under 255lbs.
      but today is coaching from 3-5 , dinner 5-6 then practice from 6-8.
      4 hours outside in august in virginia, i am going to spend some calories keeping the body hydrated
      another mini goal is no bread, no rice, no pototoes, no ketchup, no preztels, no sweets just for today, and of course no pizza

          I am also trying to cut back on my coffee today.

          I am trying to continue to stay on track with my eating. Yesterday I did it! I measured everything, wrote it all down and not so much as a bite or a sip from anything "illegal".

            Mine is to get back on program today. After a very stressful and frustrating weekend, I am getting back on today. Also, I am not going to weigh myself until like Friday morning, or later. I have been weighing myself everyday and the most I've lost since July 20th was 7 pounds. That is nothing compared to 30 pounds in 30 days when I first did Atkins in 1998. So maybe if I stay off the scale a while it will help.

                Hi goalie - guys. I am still working on vegetables. I was not bad yesterday. But most of my carbs should come from veggies. Can I get a bit closer today? I will try.
                More water and less coffee sounds like a good one too.

                  Getting a solid 10-12 hours out of my breakfast before hunger begins.Being able to distinguish real hunger from boredom or whatever.

                    My goal for today is to get my water in, eat my veggies and commit to only weighing once a week instead of driving myself crazy weighing every day at various times of the day trying to see when I weigh the lightest....otherwise, now I've just traded one addiction for another. I am ONLY weighing on Thursday mornings from here on out. Also I commit to walking for 1/2 hour and doing my yoga DVD for 1/2 hour tonight after work.
