    Hi!

    I am aghast to find that ever since JULY 25th the minute I touch 220.7 lbs I go straight back up 1-3 lbs & keep yo-yoing from that point.

    220.7 lbs is my glass ceiling

    I am currently on OWL Rung 1 and have been since 11 days. I was hoping to start Rung 2 Monday next week. But under the circumstances???.....

    What have your experiences been? How do you deal with glass ceilings?

    PS: I continue to have 2 cups lettuce + 1/2 cup spaghetti squash (5 carbs) + 1/2 cup mushrooms etc so my total veggies DO NOT exceed 4 cups. Also am drinking water & swimming laps 3 times a week

    Are you close to TOM? I've had some obnoxious plateaus too, but I bust through them eventually.

    Start date: 03/14/09
    Goal #1 - 260 - Met 04/12/09! Goal #4 - 230 - Met 08/03/09!
    Goal #2 - 250 - Met 05/22/09! Goal #5 - 220 - Met 01/29/10 FINALLY!
    Goal #3 - 240 - Met 06/20/09! Goal #6 - 210

      I go several weeks at a time where I bounce up 1 to 3 pounds...then I loose them and 1 or 2 more. That is the way my body works.

        That has been my experience too. Just roll with them. irritating as they are.
        You may need to look through your menu very carefully and honestly to see if anything is creeping up on you. It does with me sometimes.
