I stopped Atkins last Monday (8/10) because I was tired of not being able to eat everything everyone else can. My daughters wedding was 8/8 and I was good. I didn't eat anything at her dessert reception. I am tired of meat because I am not really a big meat eater. I went to Weight Watchers. I have gained 2 pounds and feel like absolute crap!!!! I have been good and stuck to my "points" but have been eating grains and have eaten sugar. My fibromyalgia is way out of wack. I am back, I am starting induction. I am dumb










As I see it, our main objective is to get healthy and for many of us, lose weight. And I think we owe it to ourselves to find the best plan that works for us. You tried WW and quickly saw that it wasn't working. Kudos to you for making an adjustment before blimpo-ness set in.
